Join the Future of Computing

Description

Applied Reconfigurable Computing focuses on the use of reconfigurable hardware, such as field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), to accelerate and optimize various computational tasks and applications. It involves designing and implementing hardware configurations that can be dynamically adapted to specific workloads, improving performance and efficiency in a wide range of applications. The 20 th edition of the symposium aims to bring together researchers and practitioners of reconfigurable computing with an emphasis on practical applications of this promising technology.

The ARC’2024 proceedings will be published as a volume in Springer’s Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series and will also be available through the SpringerLink online service.

Venue

This 20th edition of the conference will be hosted by the University of Aveiro, in Portugal.

The city of Aveiro, located in central coast of Portugal, is one of the most beautiful places to visit. Also known as the Portuguese Venice, the city greater attraction are the 'canais' navigated by colorful boats, known as 'moliceiros'. The shore proximity also allows the visitors to feel the good vibes of the beach, and see the striped colorful houses at Costa Nova.

Symposium location

University of Aveiro, central building of the rectory, academic meeting room.
